The International Association of Communication Sciences and Disorders (IALP) is a global, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with communication, speech, language, voice, hearing, and swallowing disorders. Established in 1924 by Emil Froeschels, IALP unites over 300,000 professionals—speech-language pathologists, audiologists, clinical linguists, and more—from 40+ countries.
